The Ondo State Chief Judge, Justice Olusegun Odusola has sworn in Okayide Owolabi Adelami as the Deputy Governor of the state.
The swearing-in ceremony was held on Thursday at the International Culture and Event Centre, Akure, the state capital.
Adelami, a retired Deputy Clerk to the National Assembly, was earlier cleared by the Ondo State House of Assembly last week after his nomination.
Recall that Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on January 24, nominated Owolabi Adelami as his Deputy.
The nomination of Adelami came barely six hours after the state governor dissolved the State Executive Council, SEC.
