The Israeli military announced on Wednesday that four soldiers were killed during intense fighting in southern Gaza on Tuesday.
Among the fallen was a female paramedic. Six additional soldiers were wounded, with three critically injured.
The fatalities are the latest in Israel’s ongoing ground offensive in Gaza, which began on October 27.
According to official figures, the military’s death toll has now reached 348 since the operation commenced.
The situation remains volatile, with frequent clashes between Israeli forces and militants in the densely populated Palestinian territory.
