Gunshots were fired at Trump’s golf course near West Palm
Beach while he was present.
Feds have since confirmed that the incident was a failed
assassination attempt.
An alert sent out by Trump’s team insisted that the Republican
candidate is “safe and well”.
It read: “There were gunshots in my vicinity, but before
rumors start spiraling out of control, I wanted you to hear this first: I am
safe and well
“Nothing will slow me down. I will never surrender.”
This comes months after Trump survived a separate attempt on
his life that saw him shot in the ear.
